The home inspection concerns issues related to Fire saftey, Hazard saftey, and Water damage. The home inspection is not a specific pest inspection, but only extends itself to see if there is any blatant evidence of Wood Destroying Insect damage. Home Inspectors cannot certify that those type of bugs are currently active in the house, nor what species they are, whereas pest inspectors can. Home Inspectors and Pest Inspectors are two completely different fields with completely different licenses.
